Enene Ejembi, M.Litt

Enene Ejembi’s leadership embodies a strategic vision that drives growth, buildsteams, leverages partnerships, and creates strategic positioning for new business. She brings invaluable leadership and expertise to her role as Executive Director at Verbatim Virtual Solutions.

As an experienced development leader with expertise in strategic communication, strategy development, knowledge management, and advocacy she provides technical oversight for Verbatim workstreams. She has an over 20-year track record delivering results across the public and private sectors. Enene has led high level execution within organizations such as USAID, DAI, TetraTech, Malaria Consortium, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the UK government – she has led teams in providing technical assistance to state governments in Nigeria, focusing on areas such as governance, economic growth, education, and health systems strengthening.

She sits on several global boards, holds certifications from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Master of Letters in English Studies from the University of Dundee.

William Anyebe, M.P.H.

Director of Strategy at Verbatim Virtual Solutions

William is an experienced global health systems and social development consultant with a remarkable track record of over 30 years in institutional strengthening, project management, strategy design, and capacity building. He holds a master’s degree in public health (with distinction) from the University of Leeds. Throughout his career, he has played significant roles in various UK government funded Public Health development interventions in Nigeria, including SuNMaP, PATHS, Bridging the Gap Project, and PRRINN-MNCH, effectively managing a portfolio of over 100 national consultants, ensuring the successful implementation of programs across multiple sectors in Nigeria.
More recently, his major pieces of strategic documentation work include serving as lead researcher and writer: National Guideline on Integrated Health Advocacy for Family Well-being in Nigeria (FMOH, 2023); Public Food Procurement In Nigeria, A Policy Landscape Analysis Report (2022, funded by Resolve to Save Lives in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development / National Home-Grown School Feeding Program); Family Planning for a more productive Nigeria (a story book on Family Planning in Nigeria, AAFP 2020); National Strategic Plan for Health Promotion in Nigeria (2020-2024, FMOH).

Agbenu Amali, M.P.H.

Director of Research at Verbatim Virtual Solutions.

Agbenu is a seasoned professional with expertise in global health, clinical research, and business development.

With a background in multinational pharmaceutical companies, she brings valuable insights and operational leadership to Verbatim Virtual Solutions. She holds a master’s in public health from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in nursing and psychology from Rutgers University, as well as a Master’s in Nursing Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Director of Research, Agbenu plays a pivotal role in managing health-related projects and providing financial and operational guidance. Her extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory affairs ensures the successful execution
of public health initiatives. Agbenu’s expertise and passion for improving healthcare outcomes contribute to Verbatim’s ability to deliver impactful solutions to clients across various sectors.
